Luna Vincent just moved to Belleville, New Jersey. Here everyone is judgmental and horrid, and it doesn't even matter that she never even speaks to any of them. The way she dresses is just enough.
Luna isn't ready for 'friends'. Especially not Frank Iero. He's the complete opposite of her. She's quiet and thoughtful, he's loud and reckless. She's responsible while he's....um....reckless, yeah.
But Frank isn't going to let her avoid him, he'll do whatever it takes to make her fall in love with him.
Luna just wants him to leave her alone. It would appear she's in for a nasty surprise.
