The Wind Which Howls

When the Principal of a reform school gets too old and too sick to handle hundreds of delinquent teenagers he makes the Dean of Discipline the new principal and the toughest school gang leader (and second in command) of Japan the new D of D.

When Nakamura (the new D of D) announces that if anyone can beat HER and her second in command in a fight the school would be theirs. The students think this will be easy, but they underestimate Nakamura and when the toughest kid in school gets involved all hell breaks loose.
