"He who fights with monsters might take care lest he thereby become a monster.
And if you gaze for long into the abyss, the abyss gazes also into you."- Mark Twain

This story is a sequel of Suffer All The Children though it can be read on its own, it is comprehended best after reading the prequel.

After years of being completely controlled by his older brother, Gerard, a traumatic series of events causes Mikey Way to completely snap from his usual compliant role. After stabbing Gerard and leaving him for dead, Mikey flees the scene, with his boyfriend, Frank, who he has subsequently begun to treat just as Gerard had treated him.

With violent tendencies and overwhelming amounts of angst, Mikey is torn in his mind between showing the weakness that he associates with submission and becoming the exact monster who had oppressed him for so many years.

-Also, I don't think I have to make this note, but this is fiction and I'm simply using the images of the MCR boys. Nothing like this has/would ever happen in real life. All of the members of MCR are all very sweet (despite how their fictional counterparts may act) and their images are just used as a reference point. Their involvement in this story is not based on anything but their names and images. That point in mind, please be aware that this story contains heavy themes of sexual manipulation, violence, and abuse before reading it.-

"Love, I don't get enough of it. All I get are these vampires and bloodsuckers... I'ma need to see your fucking hands at the concert... everybody knows I'm a motherfucking monster." -Monster, Kanye West
