Fire and Rain

We all hear things in a different note then the person next to us. Each and everyone of us interpret a song differently. We all show our emotions in a different way. This story is for a song fiction contest.

the story is about two people and how their choices effect each other. It is written as letters between the two. A thrid or even forth main character may be added.

James is a 35 year old addict with only one person to turn to, Taylor, the love of his life. Taylor is around the same age and nothing short of a wild child, with good intention at heart. What happens when Taylor becomes selfish? Who will James turn to when Taylor is no longer there for him?

The song I'm using to write this story is Fire and Rain by James Taylor, the song and all copy writing laws belong to him.
The characters belong to me and all events and personalities of the characters may be loosely based on actual events.

This story may be detailed at parts and some readers may find it disturbing.
