A long time ago, there was a place called "New Saints Asylum". It was demolished about 20 years ago. At the time it housed about 2,000 patients. 2,000 patients, 100 psychologists, and 25 nurses.
One doctor isn't who he says he is. He tortures the patients by giving them hallucinogens and putting them in a room where their darkest fears come to haunt them.
153 of the patients in this asylum are treated by this doctor. Only half of them will talk, and because they are in an asylum, no one will listen.
