Dragon's Gleaming Jewel

Esther is a 13 year old girl who loves dragons. She writes stories about dragons, reads books about dragons, and she loves to talk about them too! Esther was too curious for her own good, and sneaks out into the woods one night without her parents noticing. Her parents always kept her cooped up in the house, so she decided that she would go out in the woods just once. She was thrilled to finally go outside and see all the wildlife. But, as the saying goes, curiousity killed the cat. As soon as she saw a pair of mysterious yellow eyes glowing in the shadows, Esther regretted her idea to go out in the forest. Suddenly, the eyes blinked and stepping out of the shadows was a...dragon!?
