A child's mind is like an unfinished jigsaw puzzle.
You feed them information like pieces
Pieces and pieces and pieces

And it makes sense to you
Because you know of other things that you didn't tell them
You know of other pieces that fit around the ones you gave them
You know the whole picture

So the child has only that which they are given
And they must make up their own picture
As best they can

But sometimes the picture that they make is so distorted
That it scars their mind
Makes them come to seemingly crazy conclusions
Or even take drastic
Destructive
Measures

So in the end ask:

Was it all for love?

Or was it all just a big misunderstanding...
