Evie chuckled. "Well dark green is usually tied more to ambition than it is to nature oddly enough. But the color green is very much about balance of life and knowledge, not only about the self but the desire to learn about the things around yourself. As for yellow they say light yellow is energetic, fun and upbeat." she shook her head. "Oh I burn much too easily to sit outside on a sunny day. No I am more of an inside person as much as I like the colors of the forest on a sunny day. I rather be outside at night. It's a little more complicated a relationship that I have with the night." she chuckled. "Really color psychology is something I use more for my job than in my personal life. Sociology is much more accurate and statistical than psychology is." she grinned. "Now that I have thoroughly confused you." she grinned as they got to the bar. "Let's drink." she smirked and walked in with him.

They grabbed a seat and he asked what she wanted and she grinned. "A manhattan please." she said leaning closer to him to speak in his ear because of the crowd in the bar. She was terrible at most trivia when sober so she was interested to see what it would be like to play while drinking. She had a feeling Winston would be good at this.

When Winston got back she turned to him grinning and thanking him for the drink as she took it. She took a sip and smiled. "Okay so confession, I have never done this before and I am terrible at trivia board games. Also I have a terrible desire to win at anything." she said smiling at him. "I think you could still back out now if you wanted." she teased though was looking forward to this.
Alec grinned glad she agreed to go on a drive with him. He had a few pretty scenic drives they could choose from. "A prickly pear is a human food that grows on a cactus. It has cactus needles and to pick them you have to brush them off the cactus with like a broom or something. The point was that they are suppose to be really good and yet they are rough on the outside. I have that same feeling around you. He shrugged. "Alright I will let you rest and will be back to help you into the car to go get your things soon." he said and smiled at her. "I am glad you are staying Maddy." he said before leaving the room.

Alec headed to his car to clean it out. He set up some pillows to hopefully make her more comfortable in the car not wanting her to feel any pain while they went on their drive. It wasn't long before he was heading back inside to grab Madeline so they could randevu with her family's messenger to grab her bag.

Alec knocked and waited until Madeline said she was ready then he walked in and grinned at her. "Ready?" he asked. "So I was thinking earlier that we could maybe start a puzzle tomorrow. It will give us something to do inside. I was trying to think of other things for us to do. Any ideas?" he asked her as he helped her up and then swept her gently up. "You get the doors and let me be your feet while you are the hands." he winked playfully. They started out of the room and then out of the apartment. Locking the door was an interesting task. "Okay so you have to jiggle the lock to get the key out." he said smiling as she looked at him like he was kidding. "It's an extra security measure." he teased with a smirk.

"I have a confession as well then," Winston said with a large smile on his face. "I happen to be fantastic at trivia games and I think I can win this for both of us." He leaned in a bit, a smirk coming across his face now. "Oh, and I happen to be terribly competitive as well." Taking a moment, Winston took in a small breath of her scent before pulling back and relaxing into his seat. He couldn't help himself when she smelled so unbelievably good.

He took a long drink of his whiskey before setting it down on the table. One of the moderators was walking around with sheets for everyone. Winston took the pencil and the paper from the man before setting it down on the table between them. They would need to wait for the questions to be called out before being able to fill it out. But even without the questions, Winston wasn't particularly worried. He had purposely brought her somewhere he thought would be enjoyable but to also impress Evie. Due to who he was, human trivia tended to be a walk in the park.

"Would you like to write or shall I?" Winston asked, looking over at her curiously. Evie was just an incredibly magnetic human. Since Winston met her, he was trying to figure out what it was about her that pulled him in. It was difficult to place, even with her in front of him. She wasn't the type of girl that he wanted to use his abilities on, so he could only hope that Evie found him just as magnetic.

"I have a feeling that you have better handwriting than me. Plus, if you write, I'll keep going up to the bar to get us drinks." Winston hoped she would take him up on that offer. He would prefer she stay put than trying to fight her way up to the bartender. The place was extremely busy and he knew how drunk men got.
Madeline let out a hum as Alec compared her to a prickly pear. It was an interesting analogy... and one that she couldn't completely disagree with. It was expected and necessary that Madeline essentially prick those who came too close. To stop strangers from harming her or her family, from learning secrets, even their own, others or the government. Though Madeline couldn't say she loved being that way. She just knew she needed to be as people typically just wanted something or wanted to use someone in a position like hers. At least it was nice to hear that Alec thought she had a soft, fruity center.

Once Alec came back inside and picked her up, Madeline leaned into him and loosely wrapped her arms around his neck. At this point, the woman had no worries about Alec dropping her. He had proven to be quite capable of carrying her around with little issue. Plus, she was well under the weight of what the average vampire could lift.

A small laugh came from her as she shook her head at him. "I'll be your hands. At least I don't have to be your eyes. I would be afraid you'll run me into something." Opening up the door had been easy enough, but locking it was a different story. Madeline raised an eyebrow at Alec as he mentioned jiggling the lock. "Is it or do you just refuse to fix the door?" She teased back at him. Though after moving the key a bit, it slid right our and Madeline slid it into his pocket.

As the headed up to the car, a large smile came over her face as she saw the pillows. It was strange to Madeline, the things that Alec thought of. Though, she also found it very sweet. "Looks like I'm getting the 5-star treatment." Once in the car, she rested in her body back into them with a pleasant hum. "Thank you."

Evie giggled as he confessed to her as well. She bit her lip as he leaned in and paused there. She grinned as he sat back and let out her breath that had been caught up in the jumbling in her belly. Her heart beat fluttered a little when Winston was close to her. Evie took a drink and looked over as the paper and pencil was handed out. She chucked as he asked if she wanted to write. "I have to carry my weight in this team somehow." she grinned. "Although the promise of more drinks doesn't hurt." she said and grinned dragging the paper and pencil towards her. "As far as my handwriting, maybe but with hands like yours I am sure you have good handwriting they are probably just more talented at other things." she teased and chuckled as she took another drink.

Evie crossed her legs turned towards Winston and looked him over. Yes his hands and the rest of him where much better suited for more interesting things than writing and she was really curious what that would look like, or rather feel like. She wanted to find an excuse to lean in and whisper something to him, honestly he was infectious and being even a normal distance away from him felt like too much. She wanted to be close, to breath his presence, it wasn't something she had experienced often.

Evie had always felt slightly removed from the world, like she didn't belong in it quite right. She found things she kind of liked but the just weren't quite right, like that extra unknown element was missing that would make it a perfect fit. With Winston though she didn't feel hat missing piece and she wanted to know what it was that made him so different.

Evie leaned in her lips brushing his ear as she spoke. "You know, I like these confessions. You have any more for me?" she pulled back only far enough to look in his eyes the electricity there in her eyes. She was more transparent to Winston that anyone ever. It would be terrifying if it wasn't so exciting to be with him. She didn't want to fight it with him. She couldn't place her finger on what it was that was so different about him. She had meet plenty of confident men before that where very interested in her but none of them had even a spark compared to how Winston made her feel.
Alec chuckled. "Well when you ego to open it you can decide yourself when you feel like the door is eating your key before you can even unlock it." he teased and smirked enjoying her sassy nature. He was hoping she would let him in a little more cause he really liked what he saw so far. He chuckled as she slipped her hand into his pocket to deposit the key. He didn't think she realized she might need to get the later. He carried her outside to his car. He smirked as she commented about the pillows.

"My pleasure ma'am." he winked and made sure she got buckled in okay before he went around too his car and got in. He started it and shifted into drive taking off. He handed his phone to Maddy. "Plug in the directions will ya?" he asked as he pulled down the road. It was easy enough to get out of the neighborhood and he looked over at the park he had found her at and bit his lip. He wondered what she would have done if she had been found by someone else with an agenda of their own. He didn't want to think about it and looked back at her. He was just glad she was safe now.

When the GPS kicked in he took off down the right path. "So how long have you been in the area? I just wonder what part of the city you have already seen." he said and glanced over at her then at the road. He was planning their night out in his head. There was so much to see in a city like this and the short drives not too far from here that where stunning as well. He had a view in his head he wanted to catch the later part of the night but otherwise the night was open to whatever whim they had.

Winston let out a bit of a hungry hum. He knew what Evie was after now and he was more than happy to give it to her. Coming to the trivia game was just something that he thought would be fun, something that a human like her might enjoy. Though there were things that Winston would rather be doing with her and it seemed that Evie was thinking about those same things.

Leaning over, Winston smiled against her ear, his lips pressed against her lightly. "I can think of a couple of confessions but wouldn't it be more fun if I showed you?" He whispered into her. A low hum came out before Winston moved his lips down, pressing them against her neck lightly. He could feel the blood running through her veins, feel the warmness of her skin. His fangs were inching to come out.

Though he kept himself under control and pressed against kiss a bit lower down her neck, allowing himself to giver the smallest, gentlest nip before moving up to her lips and giving Evie a deep kiss. His hand moved up, moving under her chin and cupping it gently. He wanted her and maybe, if he was lucky, she would want to get out of here with him. "There are plenty of things I can do with my fingers." He mumbled into her.
"I only just got into the area when I was attacked." Madeline said softly. "I hadn't really seen any of the city before you found me. Though, I feel like I have gotten to know your part of the city rather well." She teased him softly before laying her head back against a pillow. "So, you can bring me anywheres and I am willing to bet that I did not see any of it. So, I guess it kinda depends on where you want to go."

The woman let out a small hum before giving the man a large smile. She turned her head, looking out of the window to watch everything pass by. "I wasn't originally planning on getting to see much of the city so this is kinda nice, actually." It wasn't too often that Madeline actually got to go sight seeing. She was able to go to so many places around the world and see the exclusive places there but it was rare for Madeline to be able to see what everyone else sees.

Moving her hands into her lap, Madeline started to play with her fingers absentmindedly. "I assume we are going to pick up my things first?" She asked, after listening to the GPS give out the first few instructions. Madeline was getting a little nervous about meeting in the mall. There was a chance that Alec would find out who she was and she wasn't sure what would happen once he knew the truth.

Evie blushed and giggled as he whispered back to her. She felt her breath hitch as his lips trailed her skin before he finally pressed a kiss on her skin. She bit her lip a low hum coming out as he nipped teasingly at her skin. Here eyes connected with his as he came up. Her eyes closed as he leaned in kissing her. She leaned in her hand pressing on his thigh as he cupped her chin. She hummed and after a good while pulled back pressing her forehead to his as she bit her bottom lip licking it before pulling back and grabbing her drink. She finished it as the trivia game started.

"Let's win this." she said and looked over at Winston her eyes clouded with desire. Evie looked at the questioner as he started asking his question, According to Greek mythology who was the first woman on earth? Evie bit her lip. "I really only know about the goddesses and gods not the people unless they where demigods, or Persephone. She blushed. Evie didn't know why she loved that story about Persephone and Hades so much. It had just hit a cord with her.

Evie was already having a good time with Winston and as mochas she wanted him, she also wanted more than just his body. Evie wanted to spend time with him getting to know more about him. She felt like he knew a lo more about her than she did about him. He claimed to be pretty boring but she didn't believe him at all. He couldn't be boring with how he made her feel, there was more about him she just didn't know yet.
Alec smiled. "Alright well then I have a few places in mind that have a really good view and the drive is relaxing." he said and smiled at her. He was surprised when she started to talk and tell him something that he didn't ask first. "Well there are some really amazing sights so I am glad you will be able to see them." he said. Alec looked down at her fingers wondering what she could be nervous about.

"Yeah I figured we could grab your things on the way out." he said and looked over at her looking her over. "Is that okay with you?" He leaned back and looked back out at the road. "The guy dropping off your stuff... do you know him well? Cause if you're really worried about meeting with him I could just go in for you and grab your stuff from him. You can stay nice and comfortable out here if you like." he said and smiled at her trying to be helpful again.

Alec slowed at a stop light. He turned looking at her more. "You know I will do anything I can to help." he said gently looking her over. She was very beautiful in the moonlight. Alec couldn't help but want her to stay longer. There was something about her, he wanted to know her and he wasn't sure where to even start to get closer to her.

Once Evie pulled away, Winston did the same. There was some hint of disappointment in his chest when Evie said that she wanted to stay here and play. Though, Winston couldn't be too disappointed with the fact that he got to spend time with the beautiful woman. She was so smart and interesting. Evie was someone he found it easy to talk to and he loved spending time with her. But that didn't change the fact that, right now, Winston really wanted to bring her back to his place.

"Persephone was a goddess as well," Winston corrected her with a light chuckle. "Anyways, the first woman on earth according to mythology is Pandora." He knew a lot about greek mythology, due to his own studies. Though, Winston also knew a lot about a lot of things. With how old vampires were, there was a lot of history they lived through and a lot that they learned. In order to be their King, Winston had to be as knowledgable as they were, even if he was technically younger. Vampires learned a lot from the history of mortals, and it was important that Winston could use that information for his people.

Winston watched as she wrote the answer down. A small smile came over his lips as he looked up at her, looking over her face. He leaned in a bit closer to her, wanting to close that gap a little. As the questioner continued on, reading the questions out loud to the group, each time Winston leaned forward and whispered to her about it. It seemed Evie had something interesting to say about each question, causing him to smile.
"No, I actually don't know the man at all." Madeline told him truthfully. "He is someone my parents know but I have never met him myself. Though I am fine with going in and picking it up with you...Besides I am not sure that he would give any of it to you anyways when they are expecting me." She gave Alec a soft smile before turning her head and looking out of the window again. It would be worse to send Alec in by himself. It would be impossible to control anything that he heard if she wasn't there. She could only hope the man will just give them her things without a word.

Madeline shifted slightly in her spot, a bit of a frown moving along her lips. It would be a nightmare if Alec were to find out the truth about who she was. She felt stupid for feeling it but she finally felt like she had someone who was a true friend, someone who cared about her and not about what she had. If he were to know, Madeline was sure that everything would change. He wouldn't treat her the same, he would start to want things, and he would see her differently... She would lose him and that wasn't what Madeline wanted.

She needed to stop worrying about it though. There was nothing Madeline could do before they got there. And she didn't want Alec to sense her nervousness about it all. So, she lifted her head back up and looked to the man, forcing a smile on her lips. "What are you going to show me then? If you have a few places in mind, that is."

Evie smiled and laughed as the night went on. There were more drinks and she was pretty sure they where winning. Or at least it looked like it when he looked around at the other contestants. Winston was smart and he was very good at this. The way he was whispering in her ear was giving her ideas though that he would be very good at many more things she was hoping that she would find out soon about. She kept catching his eyes and the way he looked at her with those smokey eyes made her shutter with desire. When her glass was empty he got up to go and get them another round.

Orion was leaning against the bar as Winston came to get more drinks. "Another? Are you trying to get her drunk? Irrelevant really, the more important question is, what are you doing? I know all your moves, remember I grew up with you, so why are you playing it heavy with that... girl?" Orion hissed. He didn't want to say human in such a crowded bar but it was implied. Orion knew this was his king but this was also his friend. The silly human was asking another question. Orion raised a brow as Winston got the drinks and Orion sighed. "A public speech question, your little pet can wait for you."

Evie looked up as Winston came back. "I got one!" she laughed and took the drink. "Thanks. Busy at the bar?" she asked. Evie caught him up on the last question. She then explained some things she knew from class quickly before the next question was asked, how many pints of blood are in the human body? "What is it like 8?" She bit her lip looking at him brining her drink to her lips.
Alec nodded as he listed to her. "Well that is smart. You wouldn't want just anyone rifling through your bag." he smirked and kept driving as they fell into silence for a while. Even he could tell her mind was going somewhere else. He thought about why she would be distant and he had come up with a few ideas but the one he was starting to really believe was that she came from influence and she wasn't use to taking it easy and people that didn't want things from her other than her friendship. It was sad and the more time he spent with her the more he believed it to be true.

"Welcome back." he said as she broke the silence and he chuckled. "Well if I told you... well you probably wouldn't really know what I was taking about but still it would ruin the surprise." he said and grinned. "I like giving surprises." he said and smiled. "Trust me you won't be disappointed." he said and smiled. They pulled up to the spot and he parked looking up at the building. "Well you ready?" he asked.

Alec came around to her side of the car and opened the door taking her up into his arms again. "At least let me take you into the building and if you insist on walking to meet with your family friend I will understand but you would be better if you let me be your feet." he said and smiled at her hoping that she saw reason. He realized for her though some things where stronger than even her self preservation. He couldn't judge or blame her for it everyone had those things they would do anything to hold onto.

Winston shot Orion a glare as he came up and started to bombard him with questions. They were annoying, unnecessary and unwelcome. Though, the prince allowed the man to finish up with them before he turned and responded to Orion. "I am doing what I want and, quite frankly, what I do is not really any of your concern or your business as long as I am not in any danger." He motioned to the bar and to Evie. "I don't see anything or anyone here that can hurt me, do you? So, right now, the only thing that is in danger is my pleasant night with a gorgeous woman because you can't keep your damn mouth shut."

With that matter handled, Winston turned and made his way back to the table to Evie. His eyes shot down to her drink as he did so, however. Winston wasn't trying to get Evie drunk. He wasn't sure if she was there, or getting there. As far as that was concerned, he only knew that humans had a much weaker tolerance than he did. As much as Orion was currently an annoying little shit, it did make Winston think they should stop buying. There were other things he wanted to do that night that didn't involve getting drunk. Even if she did, he would be willing to wait for another night.... it was just that Winston didn't want to wait if he didn't have to.

Once he arrived back to the table, the smile returned on the man's face. "Yeah, it is really busy up there." Winston said as he set the glass down in front of her. As she spoke, Winston listened intently and nodded. Though, once the next question was asked, the man shifted in a bit in his chair before giving her a shrug. "I am sorry, I don't know that one. Let's just guess and say 10?" Of course the prince knew the answer to that question but he didn't want to seem like he knew the answer. Winston knew it would be a little odd if he knew the answers to all the questions, and anything that hit too close to home made him a bit nervous. He knew she wouldn't find out but he was still afraid that she would.
As Alec lifted her up into his arms, Madeline wrapped her arms around his neck and pressed her face against his chest, trying to slightly hide herself. It was doubtful, but Madeline did not want to run into anyone she knew, and if they did, she definitely did not want them to recognize her. Though, it would be difficult for them to as normally didn't wear sweatshirts and such nor get carried by men around. But sometimes a strong scent was enough...

Though as he called the man a family friend, Madeline glanced up at Alec for a moment before pressing her face against him again. "I wouldn't call him that." She mumbled. Whoever this man happened to be, it wouldn't be a family friend. Most likely it was someone who they hired, or someone who made a deal with her parents. Either way it didn't matter. He had what she needed. Now she just hoped whoever this man was wouldn't do something to piss her off. She didn't want Alec to find out the truth but she also didn't want this man thinking he could try to get more out of the deal now that he was dealing with her rather than her parents. It wasn't going to happen and Madeline would just leave without her things if she had to.

Once they were outside of the office, Madeline pressed a hand against his chest. "I should walk in." Madeline said softly as she slid out of his arms and slowly down onto her feet. She could feel the pain radiating through her body but, at this point, she was sure she could fake it for a couple of minutes without having to lean on something. He would be less likely to try anything if he thought she was at her full strength.

With a small breath of air, Madeline walked into the room, her eyes dropping on the vampire at the other side. It was an older vampire, but not one that she knew. Probably someone of little to no importance in her circle. Probably just a hire. The man stood up straighter as Madeline came into the room but as he went to bow, Madeline was quick to hold up a hand, motioning him to stop before he could really start. "That is not necessary. You have my things?"

"Yes, of course. Everything is there." The older vampire said as he walked closer and set the suitcase and the duffle bag in front of her.

Madeline looked down at the two items before giving him a nod. She wasn't going to check it. Even if he did steal from her, Madeline would have her parents deal with it after the fact at this point. All she wanted was for him out of the room. She could feel her legs wanting to buckle underneath her. "Very good. Thank you. You may go."

The man nodded as he headed to the door, though he stopped and turned to Madeline. "Tell your mot-"

"I will speak to her." With that confirmation, the man left and closed the door behind him.

Evie smiled as Winston. "Okay let's go for the middle then and say nine." she said and wrote it down. "So human anatomy might not be our specialty but there is so much more to the human body than knowing all the functions." she said and blushed realizing how that came out. She looked at the drink in her hand and set it down. She was a little tipsy but it wouldn't last long. Some more water and a little longer and she would be fine again.

The trivia game was coming a close only a few questions left. Most the people had either given up or lost interest and Evie couldn't blame them only half listening to the questions more interested in Winston. She smiled as she sat angled towards him looking up at him. "So this thing is just about over..." she bit her lip and looked down before looking back up at him from under her eyelashes. "I would feel like a winner if I just got to leave here with you." she said and her cheeks burned before she giggled. "I'm sorry that was so cheesy. Honestly it came out better in my head then it came out." she said and smiled at him.

Evie was very much enjoying her time with Winston. It seemed it didn't matter where they had gone out tonight it just mattered that they where together. It was easy to smile and laugh with Winston and that was all she could ask for. They called the last question and Evie didn't even hear it focused to much on Winston. He made her feel alive more than anythings she had ever felt before. It made her act different than she normally did around others. It felt more natural with Winston.
Alec frowned as she pressed a hand to his chest asking to walk into the room. He nodded and carefully set her down. He saw the little things she did out of pain and he frowned opening the door for her. She walked in and he followed stopping just inside of the door. He was simply there to catch her if she needed him. she shouldn't be walking still. He knew she was stubborn enough but this seemed like more. As the man went to bow he payed more attention.

This old man seemed cautious maybe he would even go so far as to describe the man as afraid of Madeline. He rubbed his neck and watched the tense transaction. The vampire was about to leave stopping to say one last thing. Alec moved out of the way and watched the man leave after Madeline cut him off. He stood there a moment before moving over and pulling her duffle bag over his shoulder and looked up at Madeline. "I just have one question... You're not a drug dealer right?" he asked looking from her down to the suitcase.

Alec grinned and picked it up handing it to her. "Hold this. I don't think you should try walking out." he said and scooped her back up. He smiled at her and then walked out with her. He walked through the silent building back outside. The night air was calming and he sighed looking at her then grinned. "Alright now the fun begins." he said and set her in her seat taking her things and setting them in the back seat. Alec closed the car door and turned looking back at the building. That was the most strange interaction he had ever encountered. He turned and slipped into the car. Alec grinned at her starting his car. "Let's roll." he smiled at her. "Did you need a snack first?" he asked knowing healing took a lot out of a vampire.

"Your cheesy line is way better than what I was going to say." Winston chuckled. The vampire took a moment to look up at the host as he mentioned taking a quick 5-minute break before reading the answers out and announcing the winner of the night. There was no need for Winston to stay and listen. He already knew that they won, even if they weren't the winners of the trivia contest. Though Winston was pretty sure that they nailed that as well.

Moving onto his feet, Winston held his hand out to Evie. "How about we head back to my place then? It is not too far away from here. And we can both feel like winners there." He gave her a bit of a cheeky grin as he waited for her to take his hand. At least, he was hoping that she would. Winston wasn't going to pressure her if she didn't want to go but he was craving her so he needed to take his chance.

Once Evie took Winston's hand, he raised it to his lips and pressed a light kiss against it. Though, as he did so, the prince took a moment to take in her scent. He did this for two reasons, the first being that he was completely obsessed with how the human smelled. It was intoxicating. The second was Winston's need to know if she was drunk or not. Winston didn't want her to get mad the next day if things got physical. Though just a small whiff let the man know she was only tipsy at the most.

(I hope you don't mind that I assumed she would go with him? If you do, I can re-write this.)
Madeline immediately became tense as Alec started to ask his question. Her mind was already racing, trying to figure out how to respond. She should lie? Tell him the truth? Maybe there was something in the middle she could say. Though, as he finished his question, Madeline immediately burst out into a large fit of laughter. She reached out, grabbing onto the wall to stop herself from falling over. It took her a few moments to catch her breath and respond back, shaking her head as she did so. "No, no I am not a drug dealer."

As he headed her the suitcase, Madeline smiled brightly at him. All of her worries immediately vanished with that question. The man who could have given her away was gone and it seemed that Alec was none the wiser. And as he swiped her off her feet, Madeline's bodily strain and pain dissipated as well. She laid her head against his chest, looking out as he carried her back to the car.

Once Alec was back in the car himself, Madeline smiled over at him and nodded. "I am excited to see what you have planned." It would be interesting to see where Alec would take her. Though, at this point, Madeline would be happy anywhere that was outside of his apartment for a bit. "And yes I would like a snack," Madeline told him. Once he handed her the blood, Madeline let out a happy hum before starting to drink it up.

    {I think it's fine, it was kind of obvious she would say yes ;)}

Evie giggled as he suggested they go back to his place and gave her a cheesy line of his own. "I would like that." she said and took his offered hand. She blushed as he kissed her hand. She stood stepping close to him. Once he moved his hand from his lips she placed it on his chest and took his other hand lacing it with his and grinned. She pulled his hand gently until he followed and lead the way outside. Her heart was hammering.

When they where outside she turned to him and bit her bottom lip before stepping into him agains her body pressing to his. She needed to do this before she lost her nerve. "I have been thinking about this all night." she said and leaned up on her toes and pressed her lips gently to his. It was different than the other night when she had kissed him when she was drunk or when he had kissed her at the coffee shop. This time her kiss was gentle timid and yet sweet and honest just like when he had kissed her but the difference being she was the one being straight forward this time.

Evie stepped back after a mind numbing kiss, as sweet as it had been. She bit her lip and smiled. "Lead the way." she said and took his hand again letting him lead her away from the bar and towards his place. The night air helped her to clear her head from all the desire coursing through her head, but only just enough so she didn't act or sound like a complete fool this time around.
Alec smiled as she laughed. He hadn't heard her laugh before and he was gad to hear it. It was beautiful and made him grin like a fool. Once they where on the road he looked over at Maddy and nodded as she said she wanted a snack. He stopped by his work and grabbed her a fresh bag coming back and handing it to her. "Perks of working at a blood bank." He smiled and then headed down the road. He drove through town heading out of town and towards the coast. He rolled down the windows. "Pick a radio station you want to listen to." he said turning it on and handing her the little remote for the stereo.

Alec drove and before long on one side came the view of the city with all its lights twinkling like stars. "Just let me know if you want to pull over and look at the views for a little while." he said. As he drove around the cliff side the other side of the cliff showed the waves beating against the bay shores. It was a beautiful and peaceful drive. Alec was content just to hum to the radio ad drive. It was the first time he hadn't really asked any questions. Alec grinned as he looked over at Maddy. She looked like she was enjoying it so far and that was all he could ask for. She didn't seem like she had enough happy times in her life. He wanted to give her some before she was healed enough to go back to her secrete life.

With his fingers laced with Evie's, he started to lead her back to the apartment. It was only two blocks away so it would be a short walk. Even so, he enjoyed having the chance of listening to her heart beating and seeing her face become flushed. He could basically feel the desire flowing from Evie. It was enough to drive him mad. Winston just wanted to pick her up and run home but that wasn't an option at the moment.

Besides, it gave the prince some time to motion to his bodyguard. He knew the man was still following close behind, hidden somewhere within all of the madness. But it would be best if he could get the man to get lost for the next couple of hours. Now that he was going to be at the apartment, he didn't need his bodyguard.

Once they arrived, Winston opened the door to his apartment for the both of them. He allowed her inside before moving in and locking the door behind them. The prince's apartment was a rather lavish one, especially for someone who was supposedly a college student.
With her fangs sunk into the blood bag, Madeline gave him a small nod. She probably should have told him about the blood bags in her suitcase but it was a little too late for that now. Besides, it was best to save those for once they got back to the apartment. And she didn't want them warming up if they accidentally messed with the warming system.

Glancing out of the window of the car, a smile moved over Madeline's face. Her eyes scanned over the lights of the city, enjoying the view from afar. It really was quite beautiful. Once the city disappeared from around the cliff and the beach came up, the woman let out a pleasant hum. She leaned against the middle console and looking out at it from Alec's window. But after a few minutes had gone by, Madeline looked up at him. "We should go to the beach one night when I am feeling a bit better." She nudged him lightly. "Do you like to swim?"

As he started to turn around the cliff some more, Madeline glanced out her own window before looking back at his. They were now in a spot where it was possible to see the city and the beach. "We should stop here. We could go sit in the grass for a little while."

Evie walked with him into the apartment and looked around. She looked back as Winston locked the door. She turned back and looked at the expensive apartment then walked over tot he windows. He had a nice view. She bit her lip then turned back to him. What was one suppose to say when you found out someone was well off. "Nice place." she said deciding to play it cool. Evie moved over to him. "Can I have some water?" she asked and smiled at him. He was so handsome it was easy to look at him.

Evie followed him to the kitchen and leaned against the stone countertop. Maybe it was granite decorating was not Evie's strong suit. She smiled as he handed her the water and she took a long sip before setting it down looking him over. She had no idea what he was going to do with her now that she was in his apartment. Would he take it slow and savor her or would he rather ravish her? Either way had her trembling in desire. Doubt chirped up in her mind, did he bring her here for something other than the cheesily hidden sexual nuances they had been sharing all night?

Evie finished her water and looked over Winston. There had to be something more. She couldn't deny the sexual tension in the air around them. Every glance and move made her stomach tighten as she waited for him to make his move.
Alec smiled as he watched Maddy relax and her smile appear on her face. It was beautiful and he wished she had more reasons to smile like that. Alec looked at her and grinned nodding. "I would really like that." he said wanting to go to the beach with her. "Yes I swim... use to be a sailor." he said and grinned. "Back when I was human." he chuckled. It was so long ago it seemed like a different life to him. "Faced many pirates you see." he winked teasingly at her.

"Here is a good place. From the edge you can see the light house." Alec said and turned off into a scenic pull off. He got out and came around to her side. He handed her a blanket and picked her up. "Take a pillow or two so sitting will be comfortable for you." he said. Once they had locked up the car he took her towards the edge so the light house came into view its beam spinning around the night sky.

Alec set her down set up then helped her onto he blanket and pillows. He sat beside her and leaned back looking at the scenery and the stars that twinkled brightly. He grinned. This was the best part of being a vampire. The places and things he got to see where worth the lack of sun and the blood cravings. "Where you born or turned a vampire?" he asked curiously thinking it was safe to ask that.

A smirk moved over Winston's lips as Evie set her water down. It had taken a lot in him to not just jump on her the moment the door was closed. But the prince had wanted to wait a minute or so to ensure that his annoying bodyguard wouldn't just pop in. It seemed, for now, Winston was safe to proceed without any interruptions.

Moving up to Evie, his hands moved straight onto her waist before lifting her up and setting her down onto the countertop. He pressed a deep but quick kiss against her lips before moved his attention down to her neck. The man had been craving to just feel and smell her blood run all night long. His lips pressed down against her delicate skin, feeling the rushing of her blood underneath it. Winston moved into Evie, moving his hands against her legs and slowly pushing them open so he would fit in between them.

His lips moved down her neck to her collarbone slowly. His fangs were aching as he kissed that delicate skin. Winston wanted to sink in his fangs so badly but he was able to control himself. Winston just wanted a feel, not a bite. Evie was too precious for that. And there was something else that he wanted much much more. So, to satisfy some of his need, the man nipped at her skin lightly, but keeping his fangs in as he did so. His hands sliding up from her knees, running his fingers along her inner thighs before landing on her hips, now holding onto her tightly.
A light laugh escaped from her as she looked back at Alec. "Oh really?" She said, a bit of a smirk coming across her face. "You must be absolutely ancient then, if you were fighting pirates." Madeline lightly bumped Alec with her shoulder, just wanting to tease him back a bit. Though, she took a moment to look over the man again. It was easy to see him working the sails of an old ship. Though it peeked her curiosity of how he went from sailor to vampire.

As he picked her up, Madeline grabbed all of the things that Alec mentioned. And soon enough, Alec was setting her down onto the blanket and the pillow. Madeline let out a small hum as she sat, looking around at the scenery. It really was a beautiful place and she was rather impressed with Alec's idea to come here.

Though as Alec started to speak again, Madeline pulled her eyes away from the large bright lighthouse and back onto him. It was an easy enough question and one that Madeline didn't mind answering. "I was born a vampire. I assume you were turned one though, if you used to be a sailor." She was quiet for a moment before slowly leaning her body into his, using Alec to help herself stay sitting upright. It was easy enough for her to do by herself but there was something urging her to be close to Alec in that moment.

"What was it like being a human?" Madeline asked him, looking up at him curiously. "It sounds like it might have been a while ago for you, so do you remember it really?"

Evie gasped and giggled as he lifted her to the counter. She hummed as she kissed him back looking up at him with the passion his kiss placed inside of her. His lips moved down her neck and she let her head fall back her hair cascading down her back. She moaned softly her heart starting to hammer as her skin flushed with the attention. She ran her hands up his arms as his hands gently pried her legs apart. She let her flats fall off, propping her feet against the cabinets as he moved in between them. She lifted her leg rubbing against him, her hips angled towards him making her skirt fall up revealing her legs.

Evie felt his lips trailing down over her skin and she panted as his lips moved over her skin. When he nipped her skin she moaned and grabbed onto the shirt on his shoulders holding him close as her body reached with desire. As his hands move up her newly exposed skin she closed her eyes and ran a hand into his hair. His hands took her hips pulling her closer and she leaned down her lips trailing over his neck as well.

Evie breathed him in. He smelled so good and she wanted her lips on him. She placed a kiss to his neck as her hands moved down to the hem of his shirt. She pulled it off and grinned bitting her lip. she ran her fingers over his chest her lips meeting his kissing him deeply as her fingers trailed over his skin exploring. She felt like they could cause steam just touching. His fingers where so tender on her skin and she had wandering hands that touched every inch of his exposed skin her lips kissing and teasing as well as she went.
Alex laughed. "I have meet older vampires... but yeah 1720 I was 20 and fighting Spanish pirates." he chuckled and looked at her. When they had settled down she answered his question and asked done of her own. He grinned. "I was turned." he admitted. He hadn't lost everything when he was turned like a lot of other turned vampires the sickness had already taken his family long before he was turned and the most love he had in his life was a crush on a bar maid.

Maddy asked about being human and he smiled thinking back relaxing and looking up at the sky. "I remember bits and pieces." He was quiet as he thought a while. "I remember it being a struggle... a wondrous struggle though. I remember there being so much ignorance around me as well. Not only for what was out in the world but also the way people believed and treated one another." He was quite a while as he thought. "Vampires feel everything deeper but there was an innocence to the way a human felt things. It was like because everything was fleeting you had to rely on what you felt and believed. It was amazing and yet I wouldn't trade being a vampire for anything. Though I miss sailing and not being afraid of coming out in the sun." he said and chuckled.

Alex looked over at her. "Was that what you where expecting to hear?" he asked and looked back up at the stars. No matter what he was or where he was one thing remained the same for him the stars where his guiding light. He fell in love with them as a boy with his father and mother but didn't really understand them until he was a sailor.

A wild grin moved along his face as Evie pulled her skirt off. This was moving exactly the way that he was hoping that it would go. He could see how she was acting, feel her body on his, hear her heart beating. Hell, Winston could almost smell the desire off of Evie. She wanted this as much as he did, and that was all Winston needed to know. If she wanted it, then he was going to move forward unless she said otherwise.

His hands slid up her sides, pulling her shirt with them before Winston pulled it off of her body completely. The man took a moment to take in Evie's gorgeous body, in just her bra and panties. He let out a hungry groan before moving back in. His lips on her chest, moving down as his hands moved behind her back, undoing her bra and pulling it off of Evie's body. Winston's lips continued further down to her breasts, kissing along the delicate skin, his tongue running along her nipples teasingly.

Winston pulled his shirt off, but left his bottoms on. He wanted to feel Evie tug on them, to pull them off of him. His hands then moved back to Evie's body. His hands slowly sliding down her, along her thighs and the front of her panties. After what felt like a few long moments, his fingers moved under her panties and slowly ran along her clit a few times. His fingers moved down to her entrance, pressing against it lightly but not pushing his fingers in.

For a moment, he pulled away from her breasts as he lifted his head, looking into her eyes deeply. "Tell me what you want" He whispered to her, pure desire swimming in his eyes. "Tell me that you want me as badly as I want you."
The woman slowly shook her head. "No, it wasn't what I was expecting to hear... though I am not sure what I was expecting anyways." Madeline glanced back out to the ocean, taking a moment to think it over. There weren't a lot of assumptions that Madeline hadn't about humans. In truth, she thought about their species very little. They were just what she ate and that was all it was too it. She didn't really have to deal with humans outside of it and she barely talked to them, if at all. Madeline's life was in the vampiric world, their world didn't matter to her.

Madeline lifted her eyes up to the sky, looking at the beauty of it. She then quietly responded to him. "Sometimes I think it must be nice, being them." She murmured before continuing. "To roam the world, knowing so little. I know they struggle but it doesn't seem to compare evenly, sometimes. The pressure and problems they face seem so small. Humans overcome them or they don't. It doesn't seem to matter. They just live. They do what they want, they go where they please and before life really gets hard, before they have to face the long term consequences of their actions, they just move or die and leave someone else to deal with it. They only worry about themselves."

She let out a small sigh, closing her eyes for a moment. "Sometimes I think that... But that isn't really how it is, is it? I mean it's not what I am really comparing. Sometimes I feel like that is what it is like to be a human but, in reality, that's what it is just like being normal. Human or vampire or otherwise." Madeline opened her eyes again, her head dropping down to her feet. She found herself rambling, maybe about things that she shouldn't be. But with Alec, she felt comfortable saying what she couldn't to anyone else. "I mean, you're normal." Madeline mumbled. "Do you like it?"

Evie watched him take off his shirt and slipped her skirt down over her legs and left it fall off leaving her in her panties and shirt and cover. When He dragged the cover off her shoulders she ran her hands up his chest. As he ran his fingers up and peeled off her shirt she arched. He leaned back looking her over and she bit her bottom lip. She looked him over her hands moving down his chest and then around his pants to the front. She went slow and deliberate now her finger running down his button and over his bulge.

Evie gasped as his lips attached to her breast. She leaned back her hair falling behind her shoulders as she grabbed his hips pulling him into her. He fingers came up filling the gap between them. She moaned softly as his fingers ran over her panties before teasingly slipped into them. She ran her hands up and over his back pulling him closer as his fingers started to tease her only moving her wetter. Her nails scraped down his back. She knew they where on his kitchen counter and she had no idea if he had a roommate but she wanted him here now, then in the bed and all over the apartment.

Winston looked into her eyes that where clouded with desire as her body arched against his teasing hand. He asked what she wanted and she smiled. He was as needy as she was and she loved it. She ran a hand into his hair pulling his lips to hers for a breathless kiss as her other hand rubbed his bulge and then popped his button. Evie looked back into his eyes a breath away from his lips. "I want you Winson. Now, here and then everywhere else." she said looking down at his lips. Evie looked back up at him her eyes smoldering as she bit her bottom lip resisting the intense desire to have her mouth all over him.

Evie leaned in to him indulging herself in him. She kissed him as her hand on his bulge ran a finger over his zipped before slowly dragging down. As Evie dropped her hands to his pants tugging at them her teeth skimmed Winston's bottom lip. She tugged it gently into her mouth before letting it slip out. She hummed and looked back up at him smiling with her desire as she drew him closer by his pants and pushing them at the same time.
Alec grinned as she spoke. "No that isn't how it is to them. From a forever standpoint it is easy to see them as flaky and getting away with everything but when you think about it their life is the only forever they know. So everything they do still haunts them only they have to figure everything out sooner than a vampire because by the time they get it, it just might be to late and their life is over." he said and looked at Maddy. "So yeah I would say that is normal, to always be learning and adapting, no matter if you are human or a vampire." he smiled at her.

This was the most Alec had heard form Maddy, just in this night and he really was liking what he was seeing. He sighed relaxing as she asked if he liked it. He wasn't sure what it she was talking about but in general yes he liked it, cause he liked all kinds of things. "What being a vampire? Or you talking to me?" he winked at her. "Yes. I like it. I find there are very few things I don't like." he grinned at her.

"And you?" he bit his lip. "If you have a choice to turn human would you want to?" he asked curiously. If the roles where reversed and vampires could be turned human and give up eternity he knew some people who would take the offer and others who wouldn't and still more that where just not yet ready for that. Alec didn't know if he wanted to be human again. He had so much he wanted to do he knew a human life would not be long enough to achieve it all.

Another hungry groan left Winston as Evie admitted that she wanted him. Even better than that, to hear that she wanted him on the counter and then moving onto the rest of the apartment. The two fingers that had been teasing her entrance then pushed into her. He could feel how wet she was, how much desire that was building up in Evie. His cock throbbed at the thought.

He let her pull him closer, to tease him with her teeth on his lips. Though once Evie pushed his pants down, Winston was ready to take control. He knew what he wanted and he was rather sure that Evie was going to enjoy what was about to come next. With his cock now throbbing for her and free, Winston was ready to push into her, knowing how needy Evie was.

His fingers slowly pulled out, her juices now covered in them. "I can smell your lust for me from here" He told her. "I don't even have to take a closer smell, it's so strong." Winston reached up and ran her juices along her breasts, watching as her nipples started to grow hard for him. He let out a pleased hum before dropping his head down and kissing around them.

Both of his hands then dropped down and pulled her panties off, his eyes glancing down for a moment as he took a look, a lustful grin coming along his face as he did. "Damn," He mumbled before pulling Evie's hips on the edge of the counter. Winston leaned over her, his cock now pressing against her entrance. Winston looked into her eyes, taking a moment to tease her a bit longer before he slowly pushed in.
Turning her head away from the scene in front of them, Madeline glanced up at Alec. A half-smile moved over her face but it wasn't one that reached her eyes. She wasn't surprised that he had gotten lost in what she was trying to say. Her words had become rather rambly and she was sure that even if it had gotten through, Alec wouldn't have fully understood what Madeline was saying, at least not without the full picture. What she meant was it must have been nice to be normal, vampire or otherwise.

She glanced back out at the ocean, watching the waves run over the sand, listening closely to Alec as he spoke. Madeline was finding Alec to be one of the few people that she was able to spend much of her time with without getting annoyed. There were some back home that Madeline found it easy to be annoyed with the moment they opened their mouths. But, with Alec, it was different. She actually wanted to hear what he said. "I enjoy talking to you," Madeline told him, ignoring his question entirely for a moment. "It's nice, listening to you that is."

Madeline let out a small hum, her eyes now shifting back to the lights of the city. As she thought about his question, her nose wrinkled a bit. "I wouldn't want to be human. There doesn't seem to be a lot of benefits to it... I guess I wouldn't mind being one for a day but I don't want to give up being a vampire." Though if it came down to being her or being a 'regular' vampire, Madeline wasn't sure which she would choose. She knew there were benefits to her position but she also felt she was just one step shy either way of being in a better position. If she was Queen, she would make her own rules. If she was just another step down on the heir list, there wouldn't be so much pressure. Though it was hard to say if either was truly better.

Evie moaned as his fingers slipped into her. She arched back closing her eyes as her her wetness clamped around his fingers. She blushed as he pulled his fingers out before he rubbed her juices over her breasts. She moaned loving how his hands moved over her breasts pleasing them. She gasped as he pulled her closer to the edge of the counter her hand running up over his chest as her legs wrapped over his hips.

Winston looked her over and she felt as beautiful as he saw her. She glowed with the attention. She could feel his cock pressing against her opening, feeling his throbbing as he paused waiting and building up her desire. Winston slipped into her and she moaned softly arching back her hands pulling on his shoulders so they moved together. Every inch was glorious.

Evie hummed as she looked up at him seeing the pleasure on his face too. She leaned in kissing his neck nibbling gently at it occasionally. "Winston." she whispered his name her desire thickening her tone so she sounded like sex felt, seductive and passionate. Evie looked up into his eyes as she hips moved to his one hand going back to the counter to help her move with him as her other ran up into his hair. She loved the feel of his hair in her hands.
Alec looked at her as she gave him that half smile like he missed something. Like he was so naive and it was beautiful and yet sad to her. He frowned and leaned his head down to hers. He pressed her forehead to hers wishing he could be privy to whatever she knew that would put him on her wave length. He leaned back after a moment and grinned as she said she liked to talk to him. She then clarified and he laughed. "Well I like both talking to you and you walking with me." he chuckled and looked out at the divide between the ocean and the city.

Alec grinned. "Yeah it's nice to visit the sun but but I think I would rather have the option to really experience all the world has to offer." he said and grinned at her. Her eyes kept clouding as if her mind when on a deep journey. She might not share her journeys but he was glad she was at least taking them, questioning her life and where it had brought her to and how she wanted to be after this healing was over. He hoped whatever she decided it made her happy.

Alec leaned back and then laid back and looked up at the stars. "This spot is special you know. It is very indicative. It brings the viewers to look upon two different sides of nature. Sometime it can cause people to look at themselves as their past self and their future deciding where they want to go and seeing where they came from. Sometimes it even brings people back to who they where. It is amazing how a simple place can indict so much thought." Alec chuckled. "I didn't bring you here thinking of it. I just thought it was beautiful." he said looking up at her. "If it worries you to much you can look at the stars that are the same no matter where you go." he smiled because that was very much true for him. The stars where his guide.

His grip on Evie tightened as she started to kiss and nip at his neck. If only she knew how much of a sweet spot that was for him. If only she would bite down harder on his neck. Something like that could cause Winston to go into overdrive. Though it was probably for the best that Evie didn't know. Who knew how she would be able to handle him thrusting in and out of her at superhuman speed, probably not very well.

But everything that Evie was doing was getting him ready to go over the edge. Though all he wanted first was for Evie's cunt to clamp down on his hard cock and to feel her cum all over him. Winston wanted that orgasm from her, he was going to force that orgasm out of her.

Winston leaned over Evie, his body pressing against her, pushing her down into the counter. With the leverage that he now had, he started to thrust into her much faster than before. The vampire knew that he was going a bit faster than a normal human, but he was rather sure that Evie wouldn't notice the difference much with how much she was moaning. After a few thrusts, Winston then proceeded to push into her a bit deeper than before, making sure to hit the back of Evie's cervix each time before pulling out and doing it again.

While he wanted Evie to cum for him desperately, Winston's mind was quickly getting wrapped around how amazing all of it felt. He loved her hands on him. Loved how she moaned his name, how she looked at him with those lustful eyes. Evie was all that Winston wanted, all that he needed. His free hand slid up and down Evie's side, wanting to get a better feeling of her soft beautiful skin. Fuck, it would be all too easy for Evie to wrap him around her finger.
As Alec pressed his head against her own, Madeline closed her eyes. It was a little odd but in a way nice. She leaned into it slightly, relaxing against the man. Once he started to pull away, Madeline dropped her head down onto his shoulder. There was something very comforting about just being close to Alec. Whether it was him carrying her or just being close. Though Madeline wondered if Alec was aware that he had this effect on others. Or perhaps it was just her.

Once he started to lay back, Madeline forced herself up more, no longer using Alec to keep herself up. As he spoke, she glanced back and forth between the ocean and the city. She wasn't sure which represented her past and which represented her potential future. Both fit well with how she currently felt. The scene as a whole, however, Madeline related to the most, the duality of her life. Being in a position of power while still feeling powerless. Though even if the scene brought up questions of who she wanted to be, Madeline saw no point in allowing herself to think that way. Madeline knew who she was expected to become. She knew the path before her, even if she did not pick it herself. Thinking about whether or not she truly wanted it was pointless.

"It is a beautiful scene," Dropping down, Madeline moved onto her back, now looking up at the stars. Alec was right, the stars were much more peaceful than anything else. She laid there for a while, watching the night sky. Even leaning into Alec slightly at one point. Though after some time had passed, she looked up at him with tired eyes. "Can we go back now?"
