this story is just amazing. one of the many best stories i've read on mibba! its so amazing that its going on for so long. i cant wait to see what the outcome of all of this is! (: ill be reading the b-side chapters now! :D

Fucking brilliance. Seriously, I don't think there's anymore I can say than that. Although, I'm sad to see Pretty Bird ending already. It had a good run though, I mean, the engagement was definitely my favorite part of it all. :]

Now moving on to read the first chapter of B-Sides.

I like this set up, this b-sides thing. now i won't be confused when the threequel starts. yay. and it's kinda awesome that there are so many links and it's kinda like having four stories.

Tom and Caroline broke up.

I smiled, I actually smiled and I feel horrible for it. Poor unborn baby Sykes baby.... Sykes. That’s a mouthful. & I actully thought Tom was in the right until what Oliver said about having to grow up and all that. Words I thought I’d never speak.

Oh my gosh. I am gushing now because of the last two chapters. Seriously, sheer amazingness.

I love Oliver's personality in this one, as it seems to be so much different from every other story. The fact that he's good with kids, and actually wants some, makes me smile, so big. Hahah. The arguing was a good bit of drama though, I really was scared there for a second that on Christmas Eve, Christian would just walk off. But I'm glad they've pieced themsevles back together.

And her present to him was absolutely the most adorable thing ever.
I'm head over heels with how this is turning out. :]

Oi! This was inspired by recent arguements?! Who was fighting over babies in your life? That seems to be the subject around the Christmas time in my family, too. Something about snow. And by my family I mean my brother's fiance wants a kid, too. But frankly he's not ready.
I think Oliver (who I was mighty surprised for being the one arguing about planning to have kids, by the way) needs to let her become ready for kids. Like maybe talk about it after they settled into married life. But I suppose that might be a deal breaker. But then again, they're young! Christian might feel her youth was cheated from her in a way.
Plus, Oliver won't have to deal with his kids during the dificult times. Can't he see the strain going on between Lee and Molly? Babies are a lot of work and Lee's not there a lot of the time to help. Sure, when Oliver is home (like she said, about two or three months of the year) he'd help but then again he'd want some rest, too, which is hard to get around a crying kid.
Also, he'll discover that when he travels, he'll miss so much in life and he'll just have to watch tapes to keep up. He'll most likely miss babies first words, first steps, first hair cut, first day of school! So much he'll miss and he'll feel cheated of fatherhood because of his job and he'll most likely blame Christian.
Kids don't come with the rockstar kind of life. It just doesn't work unless the other partner is suepr dedicated and wants that kind of life.
Great story! It keeps the reader so lost in it. I love the struggles they deal with, also. It's so life like. And I'm glad it's not just struggle after stuggle but where it's more of overlapping and times of peace. Where everything just happens to happen in floods.

Uh-oh arguing is not good,

But with one of them wanting kids and the other not wanting them it doesn't surprise me they'd be arguing.
And I love how it's Oli who wants children most stories it's the other way around and he just talks out of his dick.

I love the way you've made his personality, this story is truly amazing.

And I still feel so sorry for Tom but I did love the idea you came up with about Caroline being that way because of her mother and then them realising the unborn baby could turn into something like that.

Which definitely wouldn't be good.

And Oli is so cute with kids, the whole part with Aubrey I literally melted and I know that weren't this chapter but I wasn't able to comment so I thought I'd throw it in now, hehe

I can't wait for the next chapter.
And is this my favourite story? Oh I think so!!!!
