There's nothing wrong with following your dreams. I think Owen should do what he wants and not what his mother wants; it's time for her to back off him. If he wants to be a photographer, he should go for it!

They're small things that could really improve the quality of your work, and not only that, but it's under mibba guidelines that your grammar be better than it currently is. I really am trying to help you, but if you just give me a thank you and then never actually fix the mistakes, then why should I bother reading or commenting or trying to help anymore?

Otherwise, it was a cute chapter. You need to remember the difference between 'your' and 'you're' though. And possibly check the dialogue between the mom and the son to make it more natural sounding.

It sucks that his mom kicked him out but Jimmy is always there for him. YEAH!!!!!!

I'm proud of him. I had a feeling it wouldn't end well, but maybe this is what his mother needs to get her shit together. He was only going to take her shit for so long, after all. Jimmy will take good care of him and hopefully he and his mother can mend things. But I'm still proud of him.

I think Owen needs to grow a backbone and stand up to his mother. I know it's tough and can be scary, but it needs to be done. She's never going to respect him if he can't stand up to her. Right now, she knows she scares him and is using that to her advantage; Harvey won't be there his entire life.

This was a cute chapter.

Remember that the word is 'definitely' and not 'defiantly'. Your spell check wouldn't have caught it because they're both words, but if you're doing something defiantly, you're doing it in defiance of someone or against their wishes. He defiantly went to his father's house, even though his mother didn't want him to. If you're confirming something, you say definitely. Did he go to his father's house? Definitely.

Couple quick things: you typed "all ways" and it should be "always" and "your the best" and it should be "you're the best". Otherwise, didn't see any major errors this time around. Just check for the "you're" thing, which I saw towards the end.

Gotta love screaming babies. My friend is due in May and I was around a seven week old yesterday; oh, the screaming. And the diapers. I'm not sure I'm ready to babysit a baby again, lol! But I do feel Jimmy's pain, because when you've tried everything and they continue to cry, it sucks. Then, you try something again and it calms them, you feel like an idiot.

I'm also glad he's there for Owen through all this stuff with Damon. I'm sure it's not easy at his age to realize you're gay and I can understand being nervous about telling his family. And it's good to know his bio dad is there for him if his mom freaks out.

I think Damon and Owen will be cute and Owen's mom will definitely freak out.

It should be 'you're my son', by the way, not 'your my son'.

YESSS Finally!! I have been waiting and hoping that Damon would try something like that!!

Remember to try and pay attention to the grammar advice I gave you. Your is possessive and you're = you are, so always say 'you are' instead of the word in a sentence to figure out which to use. Valentine's Day isn't usually a big deal for teenage boys unless they actually have a date and then they worry about what to get their girlfriend.

However, this chapter was cute and I'm interested to see how he reacts to Damon's admission.

I had a feeling it was from Damon and now I hope things don't get weird between them...high school is tough enough without your best friend by your side.

It's sad to think there really are people out there like Damon described. They're not always obvious, but they are out there...and while I respect what people believe, even if it differs from what I believe, some things are hard to respect.
