Sally and Jypsy live life as if it was one big party, Sally With depression all bottled up, and Jypsy on the strange side a lil to much but they act like its all they know. They've known each other since they were born.

But what happens when they're moms contact their Fathers, telling them they need help raising them, because the way they act is not the way 15 and 16 year olds should.
