A Little More Than Convenient
Carmen Sanchez is broke. Flat broke. A bit too much partying in her college years and a bit of shopping syndrome has left her a little less then bankrupt. If that’s not bad enough, she also must deal with having to be her temperamental younger sister’s maid of honor, and her overbearing parents.
Trent Remington’s dream is to be president of a corporation, preferably the Liberty bank that he’s working at now. But he can’t do that until he’s vice president. And he can’t do that until he’s married. Apparently, they want a family man.
In a true twist of fate, these two meet and hatch a plan: they’ll get married, a marriage of convenience, so that he can be vice president, and so that she’ll pay off her debt, then divorce as soon as possible. Can these two survive dominating in-laws, annoying coworkers, and weddings times three? And what happens if they start feeling something more?
*Told in the first person by both Carmen and Trent.
