The Jonas family buy a house in the beach side city of Redcliffe to have a quiet family home. But when Julianne's mother tells her about who their new neighbours are she thinks...

Juilanna's mother who is a hairdresser, does Mrs Jonas hair and learns their are from Beverly Hills in LA. Anne, isn't all that fussed, that is at least untill she meets(collides) with the 19 year old Joe and sparks fly.
Her best friend Mazzy is very excited and at a bonfire party clicks with Joe's bother Nick.

But just as things are looking up, a whole new level of crazy finds it's way into Anne's life and the ending isn't pretty.
