Deilia Krauss, a a sixteen year old girl, gets the chance of a lifetime: To go to Germany and attend school. But what she doesn't know, is that she will be housed with future famous rockstars, Bill and Tom Kaulitz. Opon arrival, Bill begins to fall for Deilia. He doesn't know how to tell her, and with his pervy brother, embarassing mother, and weird friends, it makes it all the more difficult. Bill understands that he only has a full year to act.
