Ready to Go

“I’m annoyed, goodbye Ivy.” Brendon groaned, no longer did that sincere smile show on his lips.

I waved my hand and sat back on the stool, there wasn't the usual gravity force pulling me closer to Brendon.

“No, not goodbye,” Brendon said loudly as he turned around and walked back to me.

“Then hello…” I said brightly and smiled.

He stared at me for a while, he tried to repeatedly speak his mind, but nothing came out. It showed on his face that he was frustrated and most likely pissed. He grew quiet and stared down at the floor.

“Maybe a ride on the merry-go-round will help you?” I offered and opened the small gate.

“Really?” He asked, bringing his eyes back to mine.

“Yes, go for it.” I told him and watched as he happily entered the ride.

Ivy doesn't believe in love, she's not a fan either. Brendon is determined to show her otherwise without actually falling in love with the beach girl. Will he succeed this without the emotions? The links below will answer your questions.
