Ryan is a world famous musician whose only worries in life are getting out the next record and not getting mauled by fans.
This all changes however, when he wakes up in someone else's bedroom, in someone elses body.
Enter Beth McSpadden, the owner of the body Ryan is currently residing in, who is now stuck in Ryan's.
With only Brendon's help, the three of them must figure out how to get back into their respective bodies while somehow dodging the notice of family, friends, and a slightly insane girlfriend.
