Alex Walker [used to be] Bella Swan's best friend. They were nearly inseparable, until after Bella and Edwards wedding. Now, she never sees much of her best friend. She spends most of her time with Mike Newton and all of their old friends, roaming around on the beach.

Her life seems almost unchanged after Bella leaves, until the Quileute gang begins showing up, and one of the boys starts to take interest in Alex.
