Narcotic Sweet Talk

Vic Fuentes, San Diego native, has never had it simple. His relationships have always been double sided, his choices never right. When it seems like life is finally going somewhere, everything comes crashing down around him. Now it seems like life is moving too fast and Vic can't handle it at all. Will Vic finally make the right decisions when the time comes or will he end up doing some serious damage?
