After The Joker left Harley Quinn alone on the rooftop, never to be seen again, she was taken away to Arkham by Batman. There she has to forget about The Joker, but the scars are a constant reminder that the past is real and it's difficult to forget about something that's permanantly etched into your mind. It's also hard to forget about him when there's people relentlessly asking questions. Nevertheless, she still tries to forget.

As the days pass by in Arkham, Harley seems to be getting better and more emotionally stable. But will all progress made be destroyed if The Joker was to enter her life once again? Most likely. This time around, she'll have to be stronger and stand her ground along with the help of her new found relationships.
