Some People Have It and Other People Don't

Emily de Lima is a 21 year old college student from Brooklyn. Her mom is from England, and her dad is from Brazil. She's studying for a degree in psychotherapy, which she'll get if she pays enough attention in Physics. She and her friend Claire prefer clubbing to studying though, which wasn't a problem until one night at Club Five-Oh in Soho. She goes with Claire and Claire's boyfriend, hoping to ditch her on again/off again boyfriend, Damien for a scene boy. But something very unexpected happens. She meets William Beckett, although she doesn't know it, because she listens to hardcore and metal music, and doesn't pay attention to music trends.
