Mock trial and science fair. (AKA Where I've been)

I haven't been active on here in forever. I love being here, really, and I do check PMs and stuff, but I haven't had time to really sit down and reply to stuff and think about the stories I'm working on. (To all my readers, I'm really sorry I haven't updated in forever.) But I've had a lot of major projects going on, although I've said that a million times now.First of all, for those of you who do...

First Mibbaversery and summer camp

So, August 8th marked my joining this site a full year ago. I can't believe it's been a year already. I'm still a n00b though. XD But it feels pretty awesome. I still remember when I signed up. I have no idea what I did on my computer before I found this place, because I hardly do anything else anymore. But yeah, I love this place and I don't know where I would be right now without it. :inlove:...

22 things you never knew about me.

Yes, I'm aware that tons of people have been posting these things...but bah, it seemed fun. Why not?-I can touch the tip of my nose with my tongue. When I was in sixth grade I had really long fingernails, almost a centimeter each. It really freaked people out.My dad used to think Asia was a country until I told him otherwise. If I had been born three days earlier, I would have been in the eighth...

It's snowing! *triumphant music*

Dude, this is amazing. It's March, in Texas, the southernmost state in the U.S. Normally we get one day of snow, every other year, in December or January. But it's coming down unbelieveably hard right now, more than I've ever seen in my life.:DSome of the flakes were bigger than half dollars. We've got, like, an eighty percent chance of no school tomorrow. You should have seen people's reactions when...

Another journal entry on a sucky V-Day...and other stuff as a bonus.

So, I woke up this morning not at all looking forward to today. I just hate Valentine's Day, especially after last year's humiliations. I know it's a great day to express love and all, but if you really love your boyfriend/girlfriend, or really want to ask out your crush, you've got 364 other days a year to do it and I don't think you should need a special day.Anyhow, I went to track in the...

Sick. Somewhat, anyway.

...and it's annoying. There's some bug going around school. About fifty percent of us have it to some degree. Me, I cough every few minutes and my nose is a snot faucet going a thousand miles an hour. It's really embrassing when your options are to sit there and look disgusting or embaress myself and walk in front of the whole class to get a tissue....Snot faucet. Man, that sounds stupid. It's a...

Got sent to the office yesterday.

So. Yesterday was...odd.We just started track this semester. To be honest, it's fun. Because four of my friends are in it with me. On Wednesday, we were running sprints in the gym. Since we were all standing close together in line (there are about fifty girls in track) we were in very close proximity. All hell broke loose.I don't know whether it was intentional or not, but I got poked in the sides...

Today was fun. Chyeah.

I haven't written a journal in ages. So, today was one of my friend's birthday party. 'Twas awesome. We went to this place with all these inflatables and bounce houses. Technically it's for younger kids and we're thirteen/twelve but it was great to run around and jump and roll and scream. And sit at a long table with a colored tablecloth and stuff our faces full of cake; just being a kid again and...

First day back at school. Interesting to say the least.

So, today was kind of...odd. I won't say I had a bad day, but there were just these little weird things that threw my day off track. You know what I mean?I was really glad to see my friends again. I'd been going insane sitting in my room all day, having a glass of water and soda and chips (if I was lucky) for lunch. Except I still have those 5 pounds I gained over the holidays.Anyway, the morning...

So. Let's see what I accomplished this year.

I just realized how much my family dislikes me.

I've always known I was different. A freak. Everyone in my family had brown hair, black eyes, dark skin. Perfect body shape. Everyone got straight A's, could talk to a wall, and was easily popular in school. Not me. Blue eyes, blond hair, pale skin, disgusting and intimidating appearence. I get a few B's. I almost never speak. Everyone regards me as that freak girl who could never attract anyone,...

People are evil.

Today downright sucked, which hasn't happened in a while.A month or so back, my friends and I in English class had to write a story. It was twenty pages long and I had to type all of it. Afterward, my wrist hurt for nearly a week. Yesterday one of them pointed out that I had put in a few grammatical errors and incosistencies. Now, I'm okay with having my mistakes pointed out. However, everyone...

Career Day & Garage Sale Part I

So, today was Career Day at school. It sucked compared to last year. Almost all the speakers put me to sleep. They literally told us:1) Take as many hard courses as possible. If you fail, that's okay! It looks good on your resume.2) Like to dance? Sing? Great. But you'll never make it, so throw that aside and be a lawyer instead.3) Hard? Hard? School is supposed to be hard. We're supposed to make...

I think it's Beat-Up-Rachel week

This week, now that I look back, was okay in terms of work except one thing. People have started to get on my nerves a lot more. There are those arrogant girls in art class who do nothing but look at magazines, then come over and give my friends and I crap for no reason. I got my small revenge this morning when I not-so-gently poked one of them in the back with a chair leg when I was pulling the...

Happy Birthday to teh Frank...and other stuff

Today's Frank's 26h birthday. God, they grow up so fast...So three cheers (ha ha, get it? Three Cheers? Like the album?...Oh, nevermind) for the littlest yet peppiest member of MCR. And may he have many more...etcetra. I'd bake a cake for him and all, but 1) my parents would have no idea what I was doing and 2) I'd probably blow up the house because I can hardly boil water. Most likely I'd do as...

2 sleepovers in 3 days.

So the last few days have been very interesting. Two of my friends have birthdays within a day of each other, and during this three-day weekend (parent-teacher confrence day) we had a couple sleepovers. I just got back from the second one a couple hours ago. The first was pretty good. We played on my friend's Wii for about four hours, making Miis (those little characters you play with).I also took...

Ticked off at myself

Band was awful today. Our regular teacher was gone, so we had the woman who teaches the other bands. I had her last year, and I'd forgotten just how much I hated her. She's a total jerk who quite literally insults everything we play. Like "You sound disgusting." or "Sigh. I can't believe I have to teach you." I'm not asking her to sugar coat it. But when she complains and sulks and groans and...

Would you read?...

I got a new idea for a story this morning, and oddly enough, it came from my dream. That never happens. But anyway...Would you read an original fiction about a haunted, deadly maze (with traps done Saw-Movie style), with a family split up and forced to navigate said maze? The good news is, I think it's going to be a good idea. The bad news is, I read a summary of all the Saw traps for ideas and now...
