The rich side of town – fast cars, fast lives and fast money. The kids here have everything they could ever want and yet get more. You’re either one of them or shunned by them - Jack Barakat is hastily welcomed by William Beckett and Martin Johnson. Too bad Jack doesn't know who he's dealing with.

The poor side of town – endless shifts at part-time jobs, endless degradation in school and endless need of money. The kids here have learned the hard way in life, and they either come out better for it or twisted as hell. Alex Gaskarth struggles through life every day with Zack Merrick, Rian Dawson and Mike Carden.

Being new in town, Jack Barakat has a lot to learn. Class boundaries are being torn down and friendships are being made. Alex hopes desperately for Jack to roll with the changing tide – but will Jack just wrap himself in the prejudices he’s grown up with?
