Velaska Sanders just found out that she is a freak inside her own skin, and has to do treatment in Boston. She refuses to allow her brother Matt to go with her because his band (Avenged Sevenfold) just started getting noticed. One event will leave her parent-less and her brothers thinks she was part of the causality. But when she shows up, saying that she's alive, he just pushes her away claiming that she's just an overly obsessed fan.

Will Matt realize that it's really his sister when it's too late? Will he push her away to the point that she's is really gone, forever?
