Carly Denise James, aka Ms. Popular finally discovers the well defined Joseph Adam Jonas, aka Mr. Geek. They get partnered together to do a Science project in their senior year. Carly is dating the all around jock, Matthew Vartan Parker, who she finds out a lot about this year and his true self.

She discovers that not all geeks are horrible, as they may seem and she finds light within a new soul. Joe tries to help her out in any way possible, because that is just who he is and he might have a slight crush on her. Will this project bring them closer together or destroy them?
