Sei can't remember his past. He can't remember his family. He can't even remember his real name.
A strange organisation known as The Company has been controlling the population and something about them makes Sei uneasy.
As if things weren't complicated enough, Sei's been having strange feelings about his adoptive brother Rip, and Rip happens to be a tease.

Kinly opened the door and stuck his nose out into the cold. There was nobody to greet him apart from the thick winter air. Then he heard a cry and bent his head. His eyebrows shot up and he shuffled his feet to avoid stepping on the tiny wailing basket. He crouched low on the icy step and shuddered at the cold. He pulled back the blanket and reached in, grasping the disturbed baby. He cradled the child and stared at his water blue eyes. And there was quiet.
