Cara Nickelsen was going to have the most boring summer of them all. She just knew it. Unlike her brother, who was going to have the time of his life, she’d be stuck at home.

Cara was sarcastic, yet sweet. She was random, yet intelligent. She was quirky, yet logical. In contrast to her brother, she was never good at one specific thing, like a talent. Cara’s brother, Garrett Nickelsen, was a bassist for a soon-to-be popular band called The Maine. With the unexpected divorce of Garrett and Cara’s parents, Cara chooses to go on tour with Garrett and his band.
