After a car accident kills her brother and sister-in-law, Dylan is granted custody of her niece, Amanda. But with the sudden loss of her job Dylan must move back home just to keep Social Services from taking Amanda. She moves back home, dragging Amanda with her. Luckily Dylan gets a job at the local hospital, where she meets the handsome Dr. Carlisle Cullen. Carlisle can't believe that Esme was gone. The fight with Victoria claiming her undead life. And Alice constantly having visions of hime with another man doesn't help. One day at the hospital Carlisle smells somthing sweet, blood. It's the new nurse at the hospital, who just happens to be his singer.
