Double Trouble

Avery:
I finally made it to the NHL, I mean I loved playing for the AHL but my dreams were to make it to the National level, to play with the same rigor that Wayne Gretsky and Mario Lemieux had played. I honestly still haven't come to terms with it. I still sometimes think I'm dreaming, or I'm going to get a call. But one thing I'm definitely sure of is that I have the most wonderful sister who has helped me out during the past year at the AHL and has always been my number one. Alina has always been there for me through good and bad. She was there for my first hipcheck, and concussion. Without her, I'd be lost. Then again, she is my other half, my twin.

Alina:
I have always been there for my sister Avery. Me being the older twin I have always had to take care of her and make sure that there wouldn't be anyone bringing her down. Her biggest dream was to make it into the NHL and she finally has made it. I will always be there for her and continue to make sure that no one brings down my baby sister.
