In a world not our own, the goverment made a mistake, but they didn't think it was a mistake. No, creation of a 'super' human was praised, a breed of people to protect, protect normal people like us. But at what cost? No one goes past the safety of the city walls, why? What's out there that has people so scared? And why only after the 'supers' were created? But what's outside the walls, may not be as bad as whats...inside the walls.
