Juliet Monroe is a quiet girl. She's content to spend her days drawing and sitting outside, staring at the sky. She lives in the shadows of her older sister's career; but that's okay with her. She doesn't want to be a big deal. But when she meets Joe Jonas, she becomes a big deal to him.

Joe is intrigued by her, but she wants nothing to do with him. He can only cause a ruckus in her quiet world; expecially when her step sister wants him. What's a girl to do in a time like this?
