'Rikers Island Jail Football Program' is a fictional account of one man's dream to instill hope back into a troubled group of people in jail. This dream of his is not popular, and he is met with controversy and adversity. This story illustrates trials and tribulations that he and his family face in order to make this selfless dream a reality.
