Living on Perfectly Remembered Memories

You know the cliche thing where two best friends fall for each other? I HATE that. It's so stupid! If you fall in love with your best friend, they won't be your best friend anymore. They'll turn into someone you want to do naughty things with. Then when you tell each other your true feelings, that's when you know the friendship dies completely.

You start dating, then realize that it isn't going to work. Then you break it off and the friendship you once had never comes back. You just lost your best friend in less than one year. And what was it over? Your feelings.

I'd rather lose my best friend for a better reason than because I got a falling out with him. I'd rather get into a huge argument about how we changed and aren't the same person anymore. Anything is better than drifting away due to feelings.

That's exactly why I will never ever fall for my best friend. And in return, he will never fall for me.
