Ryan Ross: A Senior in highschool. He hung with the cool kids, and his life seemed perfect. If you were observing from the outside. Because inside he was a mess. Having to deal with his sexuality, and his abusive father. Then he's also dealing with the fact that his father blames him for the loss of his mother. But when he finally begins to make a friend, a real friend, not someone who likes him just because he's "cool" things begin to look up for him. For a little bit at least.

Brendon Urie: New in town. His parents moved him to Vegas from Chicago. His parents are strictly Mormon, and pressure him to be as well. He attends church to please his parents but doesn't care for the religion himself. One of the main reasons is his closeted homosexuality. He comes from a large family of homophobics, and fears what would happen if they found out. He finds it harder and harder to hide when he falls in love with a boy that his friends warned him to stay away from. Hefinds out about Ryans secret and feels the need to be there for him. Even if his feelings tend to get in the way.
